cause that's what I felt like then.
I still remember that party in college where I cheered
while two drunk girls kissed,
and I'm embarrassed now of my younger self
and for thinking it was as cool as I did.
I think of that now, and all those times I blended in,
which coincided with all the times I let you down,
which overlapped with all the times I was not your friend.
The first time we were snowed in for real,
we shared everything just to try and feel,
and we drank all that would not freeze,
we'll spend the next several years looking for the keys.
we'll roll that boulder up the hill, just to watch it roll back down again.
